Jennyswell Nursery welcomes children from 6 weeks to 5 years. During their time with us we aim to nurture and develop each individual child, encouraging confidence in their own abilities, paving the way ahead for successful and happy school days. Jennyswell is a modern, spacious nursery, located off Hawkhead Road (opposite the old Hospital), between Dobbies Garden Centre and Hawkhead Train Station. Quietly situated along the cycle path at the entrance to Jennyswell Nature Reserve, only minutes away from Paisley town centre, the M8, and easily accessible by all major commuter routes. The nursery comprises of two buildings, one dedicated entirely to our under 2 year olds, the other caters for our 2 to 3 year olds, and 3 to 5 year olds, both with safe enclosed all weather gardens, off road parking and excellent access to local outdoor amenities.

Staff ------

Our caring, experienced and qualified staff create a warm, stimulating environment providing a home from home experience, and quality childcare second only to mum and dad. Staff work in partnerships with parents to maintain effective care routines for their child and provide a flexible professional service throughout their time spent at the Jennyswell, ensuring happy nursery days. We actively encourage parents to become partners in their child’s learning throughout their nursery experience.

Jennyswell are proud of the loyal and long serving staff team, built up over 13 years, providing a wide range of experience. Our fully vetted staff possess a broad range of recognised childcare qualifications and have regular access to relevant training.

Jennyswell Nursery is registered with Care Commission Scotland and works in partnership with Renfrewshire Council providing funded places for 3 - 5 year olds. We also provide Out of School Care/ holiday playschemes at Lochfield and Todholm Primary Schools.
